Jeff Pleskac

Based in Minnesota, where he serves as President of the Great North Epagneul Breton Gun Dog Club — one of our most active regional communities and a cornerstone of our field trial calendar — Jeff has been running hunting dogs since 2000. Under Jeff’s leadership, the Great North club has not only fostered a thriving local EB community, but has also been instrumental in promoting the breed’s hunting legacy and competitive success. His deep connection to the Epagneul Breton spans across many roles: breeder, professional hunting guide, UKC Field Trial judge, and passionate ambassador for the Breton community.

Together with his wife, Tasha Pleskac — also a UKC Field Trial judge and a certified Expert Confirmateur — the Pleskacs represent the heart and future of the Epagneul Breton in North America. Jeff was voted to the Board in 2019 and now serves as Club President for the 2025-2028 term.
