2026 NATIONAL CONCLAVE
A Heartland Welcome Awaits the EB Community in Eureka. The 2026 CEB-US National Conclave will gather Epagneul Breton enthusiasts from across the country in the welcoming town of Eureka, Kansas. This annual event is more than a schedule of activities — it’s where friendships grow, ideas are shared, and our community comes together around a shared love of the breed.
Through seminars, conformation evaluations, field trials, and plenty of time to connect, the Conclave offers a space to both celebrate and strengthen the Epagneul Breton. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or continuing a tradition, your presence is what makes the Conclave truly special. We can’t wait to see you in Eureka.

2026 Conclave Foreign Judge
The CEB-US was honored to have Sr. Jose Luis Recondo of Spain as our guest foreign judge for the 2025 Conclave. Mr. Recondo is the current president of the Amicale Internationale des Clubs de l'Épagneul Breton (AICEB) and has been a field judge in Spain since 1988. He recently earned his credentials for Conformation in 2023 but has been a student of the EB since 1990 and a student of pointing dogs since long before that. We are extremely honored to have Mr. Recondo accept our invitation to come to our conclave. Read the official announcement.
