Steve Loveless

Raised in central Utah, Steve grew up hunting rabbits and big game before discovering upland hunting and bird dogs later in life. Like many hunters, the first sight of a dog on point changed everything, leading to seasons spent chasing forest grouse through the Rockies, sage grouse and sharptail across the plains, quail in the draws, and chukar in the rimrock from September through March. After years with American Brittanys, he transitioned to the Epagneul Breton, drawn to the breed’s style, versatility, and smaller size that fit well with a busy household and young children. Though involved with the breed for only a few years, he has immersed himself fully and remains eager to learn, share knowledge, and support the future of the breed however he can.
