We use the Midwest LifeStages Double Door Collapsible Wire Dog Crate (30-inch) for our Epagneul Breton at home, and it’s worked out really well. To make it more comfortable, we added a Big Barker 4" Orthopedic Crate Bed, which still gives our EB plenty of room to move around while giving him a cozy, supportive place to sleep. Our male EB is 50cm tall. We also use the same size kennel for our Mini Aussie. Exact measurements of the kennel are 29.6"L x 18.6"W x 21.5"H.
What we like about the Midwest kennel is that it's collapsible, so it’s super easy to store or take on road trips.
The two doors (front and side) make it convenient to set up in different spots around the house. Lastly, it’s sturdy, easy to clean, and practical for daily use.
Adding the orthopedic bed really takes it up a notch in comfort, and the setup works great for both home and travel. If you’re looking for something functional and comfortable for your dog, this crate is a solid choice!
