Introducing the CEB-US Breton Breeder Achievement Awards Program

The CEB-US is thrilled to launch the Breton Breeder Achievement Awards Program — a brand-new way to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of our Bretons, their breeders, and their owners!

This program shines a spotlight on the dedication of our community while strengthening the data and transparency that protect the future of the Epagneul Breton. With certificates and custom patches awarded at every level, it’s a chance to showcase pride in the dogs you're producing and the breed we’re preserving.

How It Works

Breton Breeder Achievements Awards are earned when dogs from a single registered litter achieve success in UKC field trials and conformation evaluations. All awards are based on publicly available UKC data — keeping recognition simple, fair, and transparent.

We are accepting backdated award applications until December 1, 2025, with the first awards to be presented at the 2026 Conclave!

Achievement Categories

Breeders can earn recognition in areas such as:

• TAN & Water Retrieve – litters demonstrating instinctive hunting and retrieving ability

• HUNT, GUN & Trialer Titles – litters proving themselves in the field

• Champion & Grand Champion of the Field – recognition at the highest level of performance

• Breed Standard Achievement – litters confirmed to meet the working standard

• Total Dog Achievement – rewarding litters that excel in both field performance and conformation
